Please note that due to their delicate, made-to-order nature, our signature bridal gowns are final sale unless deemed faulty.

  Carefully place your item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
